Perfect Meatloaf

                               Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 onion chopped

1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder

1 egg

1/2 cup instant oats or breadcrumbs

1/3 cup milk

2 Tbs ketchup

Glaze: 3 Tbs ketchup, 2 Tbs brown sugar

                              Instructions:

Set oven to 375 degrees. 

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix with your hands. 

Line a baking sheet with foil, then dump meat mixture onto foil and shape into a loaf. Bake for 30 minutes, then spread on glaze and bake another 15 minutes. Must be served with mashed potatoes!
