Beef shares are the best way to fill your freezer with our high quality beef for a much lower price than what you'd pay at the store. Nothing beats the convenience of having beef on hand ready to make a nutritious meal every day of the week.
Each steer size will vary based on genetics, grass availability and time of year at harvest. Because of this, our beef is priced on hanging weight to ensure the fairest price for our customers. (Hanging weight refers to the beef weight at the butcher shop before being trimmed and packaged.)
