Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup instant oats
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 onion chopped fine
1 egg
Your favorite marinara
Cooked Spaghetti noodles
Grated parmesan
Instructions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix with hands. Using an ice cream scoop or hands, form desired size

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix with hands. Using an ice cream scoop or hands, form desired size of meatball. Place on foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes or until browned. Pour on 2 cups (or more if you prefer) marinara, heat in oven for 5 minutes more. Serve over spaghetti noodles and top with parmesan.
