Ground beef tostadas

Ingredients:

Ground Beef

1 Onion chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

1 Tbs taco seasoning

12 Corn tortillas

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 can refried beans

Toppings: Shredded cheese, shredded romaine lettuce, sour cream, cilantro,

salsa

Instructions:

Heat oven to 375 F. 

In a skillet cook ground beef with chopped onion, garlic powder and taco seasoning until cooked thoroughly. 

Pour oil onto plate, dip each tortilla into oil and place on baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cover each tortilla with a layer of refried beans, then ground beef mixture, then cheese. Bake again for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with shredded lettuce, salsa, sour cream and cilantro.
