Broccoli Beef

Ingredients:

Carne Asada

1 tsp each salt, pepper

2 tsp minced garlic

6T soy sauce

2tsp sesame oil

1/2 cup hot water

1 T cornstarch

1/2 tsp ground ginger

2 Cups broccoli floret

Cooked White Rice

Instructions:

Slice Flank steak into two inch strips. Season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in frying pan, add steak when its hot and fry until browned. Combine remaining  ingredients in small bowl, add to browned beef. Add broccoli, cover and simmer until broccoli is cooked through. Serve with rice.
