About our beef and how to order
Beef prices in the store are high and always rising. Save money and time by stocking up on months' worth of meat at one time!
Our meat is lean yet highly marbled, making every cut from ground to steaks tender and delicious. Free of antibiotics and hormones, its natural, sustainable and high in Omega 3s.
Free ranging in a coastal climate and pastured every day, our animals live stress-free.

The beef is cut & wrapped at Willowside Meats in Santa Rosa, where you will pick up your order.
You'll pay us for the beef, and pay them for cut & wrap, $1.20/lb for vacuum sealed. They charge per pound on hanging weight. They also charge a slaughter fee of $175/whole, $88/half and $44/quarter.
You'll choose between a quarter, half or whole beef. A quarter comes standard with 20% steaks, 15% roasts, 40% ground, 20% carne asada, 15% stew and short ribs. A half or whole can be further customized.
