The beef is cut & wrapped at Willowside Meats in Santa Rosa, where you will pick up your order.
You'll pay us for the beef, and pay them for cut & wrap. Their prices are $1.10/lb in paper or $1.20/lb for vacuum sealed.
A typical order is consists of 25% steaks, 20% roasts, 40% ground, 15% stew and short ribs
You'll choose between a quarter, half or whole beef.
